Remain Positive

How do you stay positive when you have negative people around you all the time…. find your happy place 🙂

Find a statement or group of things to be thankful for- then rehearse it.  It takes 21 days for something to become a habit- so get started.  Every time that you start to get down go through your rehearsal.

I am thankful for….

I am healthy…

The sun is shining….

I love the smell of the rain….

As you start to learn to change your thought process and it becomes a habit you’ll find that you start to emulate that happiness and positive attitude around you.  Things won’t get to you as easily.

Worst case- walk away and start chanting something positive to yourself about yourself:

I feel good today…
