Anything You do that is new takes time. I’ve heard it said that you have to do something 15 times or more before it becomes a habit. Thus, baby steps get us in the habit of doing something so that it can become part of our lives. We have to make a commitment to ourselves Everyday that we are going to eat healthy and not give in to the temptation of going back to our alternate way of eating. The best part is if we mess up today there is always tomorrow to begin again.
